How do I connect with my partner?
After creating your account, you'll receive an invite code. Share this code with your partner so they can connect with you. Both partners need to have the app installed.
Can I change my partner connection?
Yes, you can disconnect from your current partner in the settings. Note that this will remove all shared content. You can then connect with a new partner.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your data, photos, and shared content.
What happens to my photos if I delete the app?
Your photos are safely stored in the cloud. If you delete the app, you can reinstall it and log back in to access all your content.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Go to Subscriptions and select Vicinity to cancel or modify your plan.
